Transforming is project made in Cinema4D 11.5 and post production in After Effects.The projects are extremly easy to edit in Cinema and After Effects as well.There are two versions:Orange and Blue Cinema4D.In Cinema you just need to change two texts and in After Effects you just need to choose your color and render it out.The download have inside few tutorials showing you everything,so there is no chance for you to make mistake in your edits,but if you have questions just drop me a message through my profile page and ill be hapy to help you.
